Refer to the notification regarding inviting memoranda containing views / suggestions from individuals / organizations interested in the subject matter of the Jan Lokpal Bill and also to hear select oral evidence on the subject matter of the bill

The UPA government which has been functioning as a dictator and taking arbitrary decisions, appointed First Woman President completely ignoring the public mandate (refer the statement of Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, "Do not go by SMS polls and popularity ratings. The people of India don't elect the President, it is the elected representatives who elect him"
Take a note that, people of India elected those representatives to voice their opinions at parliament and to take decisions in the interest, welfare and growth of the nation. Those representatives had no reluctance in taking undue advantage of the designation, privilege, rights and power which people of India granted having full faith in democracy. These representatives had cheated poor and innocent people of India and took arbitrary decisions at their own will and only in their vested individual or party interests.

Though there are many more references on record, but just this one is mentioned for the sake of lack of time. In the light of such past arbitrary acts of these representatives, the standing committe must first clarify how and why should people of India trust the honesty and transparency of this initiative of inviting memoranda from the public.

If the government has really sincere, serious, honest and transparent views, it must first revoke the election of First Woman President, or ensure that the Election of President 2012 onwards will be by the people of India then talk about inviting memoranda from people of India.

In fact, the government is of the ideologies that:
People of India were gifted to 10, Janpath as economic slaves by british government at the time of Independence on day 15th August 1947

Electoral Reforms - India Presidential Elections 2012 Notice to Election Commission

Following is the correspondence with Election Commission of India

The email sent to Chief Election Commissioner of India was also sent as CC to the given email address and all Chief Electoral Officers as well as to feedbackeci@gmail.com but the latter bounced back including from some more mailboxes
The problem with the deaf authorities is:

1. They are not even aware of whether their mailboxes are functioning properly. Several emails sent to the given email address were bounced back
2. Most authorities believe they are doing their duty as best as they can but they don't even know what their duty इस

This message is addressed to feedbackeci@gmail.com and CC: Chief Election Commissioner, Chief Electoral Officers of all states, Supreme Court of India and Delhi Police Commissioner. In future no message will be sent to non-functioning email addresses. Be informed that the movement towards electoral reforms is also started.

1. Next presidential elections must be by the People of India, not by the electoral college
2. Key Ministerial election by public
3. Polling mandatory for all with additional choice as "None of These"
4. An autonomous body as representative for those who vote for "None of These"
5. Right to Recall

Otherwise presidential election will be challenged in the courts. The above must be effective in the next state assembly elections as well.

Election Commission must convey its notification in this regard before Sept. 2nd 2011

Recently ICICI bank sent forged summons and following notification was sent to ICICI Bank counsel which was never replied, instead ICICI Bank started threatening of contempt to court charges. ICICI Bank has been challenged to file a case of contempt to court. Prior notifications (below the **** line) were sent to ICICI Bank and given time until August 3rd but are not replied.

It is apparent from the 7 posts above that this crippled system has a well formed nexus everywhere and the people are merely economic slaves. Common people must not expect justice... it is only affordable by influential people

ICICI Bank sends Forged SUMMONS, intimiditates, does mumbai high court know

ICICI Bank, the leader in customers’ complaints and famous for all the unfair banking practices, is once again exposed… ICICI bank has sent forged summons which is attached in this post for public review, especially the customers of ICICI bank.

I have been also publishing the correspondence on my blog, keeping full transparency in the progress in the matter. Earlier I had lodged a complaint with the banking ombudsman (Reserve Bank of India) which only kept delaying the matter before closing the complaint without any resolution, without my consent and notification to me.

When I published the matter on the blogs, ICICI Bank filed a defamation suit against me in Mumbai High Court. The court order barred me from publicizing defamatory material, instead of looking into the matter and delivering justice.

All this happens because there exists a strong nexus between ICICI Bank, Reserve Bank of India, Corrupt Politicians and the needle of suspicion points to… ??? (I hope everyone understands whom the ? references). They are all here to deceive People of India

Govt. of India restricts Internet Access for Public – Test Report

UPA in an attempt to suppress the movement against corruption, has resorted to restricting internet access for the public. Partially though, but this has been noticed and thoroughly tested. Refer to the following post in which I raised the issue:

I apologize for not being able to publish the report produced by thorough diagnostic. For some reasons I can not disclose, I couldn’t be able to publish this post in time. But the following report leaves no doubt about the facts that internet access is being restricted deliberately.
Those are from Network or IT Profession, may read the test output added between (**********) line at the bottom

1. The public IP 70.86.183.2 was reachable
2. The domain thedotcomoffice.com failed to be resolved
3. The root DNS 4.2.2.2 was reachable
4. The DNS servers (203.196.128.5 & 203.196.128.4) of tata communications were reachable
5. The DNS servers (203.94.243.70 & 59.179.243.70) of MTNL were also reachable
6. The DNS server (218.248.255.139) of BSNL was also reachable
7. DNS query for domain google.com “Query refused” With the default DNS (203.196.128.5)
8. DNS query for domain google.co.in “Query refused”  With the default DNS (203.196.128.5)
9. DNS query for domain google.com  “Query refused” With the default DNS (4.2.2.2) which is root DNS

Before arriving any conclusion, I carried out further test on the DNS servers queried and the test output is also described below:
Root DNS sever (4.2.2.2) was listening on port 53 UDP that means the DNS  server was both reachable and running in good health

Conclusion:

1. None of the route was down. All the devices involved were reachable
2. There was no bandwidth related issue
3. There was no issue regarding device failure or resource over-utilization.
4. DNS servers were responding to the query on port 53 DUP
5. At the same time, using an internet connection of another ISP, all these domains were being resolved and websites were accessible too…

The DNS query by the client i.e. an internet user was not restricted. It was allowed to pass through to the DNS server. But the response from the DNS server which was from port 53 UDP to any high port was restricted by an intermediary device (firewall). There can be no other reason why a client shouldn’t receive the DNS query resolved.
For obvious reasons, this was done deliberately to deny internet access to the subscriber. I have noticed this problem scenario on Airtel Broadband connections, not once but on many occassions during the last 2 years and conducted the same tests. On this issue, senior technical personnel from Airtel were also challenged and similar report were produced before them. Airtel people were speechless and never reverted back with a solution. Since, in fact Airtel has been cheating on its Broadband Internet subscribers by overselling bandwidth.
But this time, the same problem scenario was noticed with BSNL connections. It is for obvious reasons, done by political influence.
It must be noticed that these restrictions have been applied based on 2 factors i.e. Time and Region. These restrictions are applied on randomly chosen time period and subnet ranges. Most probably, time based ACLs have been applied on internet traffic passing through the ISP network.
Since UDP is a connection-less protocol, it would be really hard to identify whether the remote server or the route was down or was it really being restricted by a firewall. Experts’ opinions are welcome on this report. Please send your comments or send me an email.
In case you find any website or any other internet services inaccessible, carry out the test to confirm the same. For non-technical internet users I shall publish another post with easy Step-by-Step instructions and commands used to diagnose the internet connection, DNS servers, websites or other services

RBI guidelines for Paypal users of India- refuted by Paypal User

Dear Sir,
You have invited suggestions so the same could be forwarded to the competent authorities.
Why don't you forward the complaint to the competent authorities instead?
I wonder how the so-called competent authorities have implemented such acts having no concern for the growth of entrepreneurship in India. Such competent authorities of our crippled system leave no opportunity to exploit people and the economy of India. There mind is always busy at finding ways about more money could be extorted from common people.
Anyways, now this is notified to the Reserve Bank of India & all competent authorities that:

1. I decline to abide by the RBI guidelines for Paypal Users
2. I shall maintain funds at my Paypal account for more than 7 days
3. I shall withdraw funds from my Paypal account to an Indian Bank as and when I need
4. I shall spend my funds at my Paypal Account to import any goods or services I need at my will and liberty

Should Reserve Bank of India, Ministry of Finance or any competent authorities have any objection, you may appeal to the judiciary and may even be challenged in The Supreme Court of India

There is no use sending emails to it or writing on blogs & social sites. There is no use staging protests, rallying around, jamming traffic or rails etc. Because, one must not protest, cry or beg before criminals & corrupts and carry their obligations. Such acts give them more power. I have been sending emails just for the sake of records which may prove to be evident in the due course of time. In addition, I have been publishing these emails on blogs to keep transparency and to reach out to the masses.
So what we need to do is:
People of India must write the issues in brief and in their own words on POSTCARDS or INLAND LETTERS. It must be done on mass scale. The post may be addressed to any or all of the following:

1. Supreme Court of India
2. National Human Rights Commission
3. Election Commission of India

Government of India in-operational mailboxes - Notification to NIC

Dear Sir / Ma'am,
This is to bring to your attention that many rather most of the mailboxes of ministers and public servants are either found to be full or in-operational. Hence messages sent to them are returned un-delivered. This has been observed for more than 7 years.
One such non-delivery status has been inserted at the end of the message below (-----) line. The email address is pkm@sansad.nic.in belongs the Finance Minister Mr. Pranav Mukherjee and was taken from the website of Ministry of Finance http://finmin.nic.in/fm_pranab_mukherjee.asp . Several emails were sent to this email address all returned un-delivered.
You are requested to take the following steps and let us have a copy of the action taken by your office / concerned authorities:

1. Check all websites and email addresses of all ministries of Govt. of India and ensure that correct and operational email addresses are provided
2. If the email addresses do not exist, create mailboxes for them
3. If the mailboxes are full and emails are not being checked by the concerned office of the ministry, please notify them
4. Ensure that the websites have email addresses correctly mentioned. Incorrect email addresses / contact information may be removed

I know, it will not be easy to get this job done from corrupt politicians and bureaucrats... but this time people of India are very much ALIVE & DETERMINED
In case no action is taken within 3 days, a complaint of providing false contact information may be registered. In case my message is found offensive, kindly file a complaint against me. I shall do my duty, you may do your's
