The customer is not provided with the correct customer care number, neither on the product box nor on warranty manuals, nor on the website. India office numbers are either found busy or nobody will bother to answer customers’ calls.

The toll free numbers mostly keep chanting, “Our support options have changed. Please listen carefully. For damn HP notebooks dial 1. For damn HP printers dial 2. For damn HP proliant servers dial 3” etc. Then refer the customer to another TOLL FREE NUMBER  and hangup.

The customer dials another number and the customer would listen another chanting and then some executive would suggest you to dial another TOLL FREE NUMBER which is always found only beeping (like it was busy).

While writing this review, I was speaking to HP customer care executive would clearly say, “You can do whatever you want”

With new HP printer you get INTRODUCTORY INK CARTRIDGES which print less than 50 pages

Then you need to buy a new cartridge which will cost you Rs.800/-

The cartridge becomes empty after printing 200 pages in fast draft (economy mode)

That means printing cost  Rs.4  per A4 Size Paper

The ink quantity per cartridge      not mentioned ( 3ML apx.)
Cost of Black Ink                       Rs.1,60,000/- PER LITER

COSTILER THAN THE MOST EXPENSIVE LIFE SAVING DRUGS / VACCINES / INJECTIONS / MEDICINES

HP bribed concerned ministers and obtained license to loot people of India

Do you need any more stronger evidences?

For 2 months I have been crying before Airtel to resolve the problems but you arrogant, stupids having neither a mind nor knowledge on how to maintain a network, have been cheating on customers, extorting money

and yet Airtel claims to be the number 1 ISP in India....

Their senior officers and managers do not even bother to attend to customers' calls....

I am publishing this matter across internet  to teach you a lesson and to bring your business back to grounds...

See the attached image which is a reply from a top rated hosting company in US... (text copy of the same as follows):

We are currently receiving many trouble tickets from customers in india reporting problems -
many of these subscribers are using airtel - it appears to be a problem there..


Can you please follow up with them to verify there is not a problem there?

For almost 2 months I have been complaining to Airtel but they believe customers are stupids. Airtel is here only for money extortion...
There is only 1 rival company i.e. BSNL / MTNL and they have formed nexus with them... Airtel bribes PSU employees, officers & ministers... They would keep damaging BSNL / MTNL cables thus bringing it down so BSNL / MTNL subscribers would turn to Airtel...

Please let people know about it

But now people of India will decide the fate of such companies, corrupt officers & ministers...
